At Giwu Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for items purchased through giwustore.com.

1. Our 3-Day Return Window

We accept returns postmarked within 3 days from the date your order is delivered. Items returned outside this window will be rejected and returned to the customer.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and customized reasons, the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or bespoke items.
  • Health, beauty, and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, perfumes, underwear) where the sealed packaging has been opened, unless defective.
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable software or digital products.

4. The Return Process

  1. Request Initiation: To initiate a return, please email us at returns@giwustore.com with the following information:
    • Your Order Number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be processed.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
  • Rejection: If the item is rejected (e.g., used, damaged outside of transit), we will notify you and explain why the refund was denied. The item may be sent back to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Goods)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return. Once we receive the damaged item, we will promptly ship a replacement at no cost to you.
