1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several delivery tiers to meet your needs:

3. Shipment Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order details.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Giwu Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Take photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to assist in the resolution process.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Giwu Store cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
7. Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it:
Check with neighbors or building management.
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as “delivered” early).
Contact your local post office or the specific courier used.
